Due to COVID, all Canadian, USA, and INTL shipments will see processing (slow tracking updates) and delivery delays. Unless your tracking says “it’s been delivered” and you haven’t received the package or a notice slip, your package is still being transferred and is in waiting until it’s safe to do so. It doesn’t mean that your package is lost! For immediate pick up, we are offering curbside pick up to locals in the GTA with the option of
“local pick up” at checkout.

“Frosting” is a perfectly natural effect of using soy wax and is unique to vegetable waxes, especially palm. It is the natural wax re-crystallizing. All palm waxes frost to some degree and is a sign that you have a 100% natural palm wax candle.

Each candle is made to order! Please allow 3 days from your order date for your item to be shipped or ready for pick up!

Of course! At check out, you will have the option for local pick up. The address will be sent to you in a separate email. If you have any questions in regards to “local pick up”, please email hello@byellestudio.ca

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rates and are the customers’ responsibility to cover! All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio. 

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to hello@byellestudio.ca within 24h of arrival.
